Intolerance in the workplace

As many of my followers already know part of Suesmews is at the airport with me by day (bottle feeders up to 8 weeks old). This was an agreement I had when I leased office space here for my maintenance shop. We recently had the manager replaced here and his first priority seems to be to back out on all promises made.
Call me old fashioned but when you have a deal with a company you have a deal. PERIOD. I realize that each manager has a different view of how things should run and I am open to discussion about any changes they want to make BUT......
On Friday this manager stepped into MY office and ordered all the animals be taken outside immediately. I tried to reason with him but he would not hear any arguments so my 5 weaning kittens and 3 bottle feeding kittens went outside on the flimsy excuse that the agreement was with the previous manager.
In my eyes this is a breaking of an agreement reached with this company as the animals were known to be here and the agreement was known to the rest of the management when the company changed hands 16 months ago. At that time we were assured that all agreements would stay as they were and the leases were renewed this year with no changes but the standard marginal increases you would expect. This position of intolerance while I tried to get to upper management has had a cost- the smallest bottlefeeder is at the Cat Hospital currently in guarded condition. His prognosis is 50-50 at this time. I hope to have an answer soon as to why and if he will make it.
It is not the kind of update I like to post. It is sad we live in such a time where 1 officious so-and-so can just decide that he doesn't like an arrangement and not allow his supervisors to make a decision in this case.
I will not let this rest and am trying to reach his supervisors now but have had no success so far. As a result I will not be taking in any kittens until I can get a resolve or find a new office.
I appreciate everyones patience and good wishes during this troubling time,
We will show as always and look forward to our biggest show on September 28th at Petexpo at the Alario center. I hope to see you there as the show is free to the public and sounds like a lot of fun.
